Hi, I am having a spot with these SIP phones. First asteriskNOW; default dial plan IN THE PHONE is 'X+*|XX+#'. using default & any other plan in the default asteriskNOW .iso cd. So, in-PBX calls (ie 6000,6001) dial OK. Trunk out - to 911, dials OK. (had to explain to cops!!) But, to dial a 10 digit #, i need to supply 12 digits. anything less gets call failed. Any ideas? thanks!!
