What? That's crazy - no idea why it would be $45. Up until last month I had a 
Bell landline with call display and it ran me $32.05 per month, with call 
display being $8.00 of that (plus taxes).

Now I'm completely on dry DSL with only VoIP so I no longer have to deal with 
Bell :-)
