Polycom's are really painful to configure via the web interface. If you have all the right files, in the right directory, with the right FTP account set up, the polycoms are easy to work with.
We're gonna do some polycom stuff in the cookbook (and the 2nd edition of A:TFoT also has a polycom section). I have to say that most sets have some sort of FTP/TFTP config options, and they are all similar, so if you get experience with any of them, you will have an easier time with all of them. These are skills that are really worth having, expecially if you are deploying sets on a regular basis (and maintaining them remotely). Jim > -----Original Message----- > From: Simon P.
