I can only speak from my own experience and it was not a good one with POlycom.
First, as far as I could tell they won't work on outside a LAN because they have
no NAT or STUN. This makes them useless to my business. The other main problem
is that they take so long to configure. I was disappointed with these phones and
quite frankly when so many other phones are out there that work reasonably well
I would have to pass on using these phones even if they were free.
