Isn't that strange. The guys that made their name on speakerphone quality didn't get that right on their VOIP handset. I've had people tell me that they didn't like the quality when I put them on speaker with my SP 500. I thought "Well, if this is bad, the others must be worse. This is a Polycom." It's interesting to hear another person say that they didn't like the speaker phone. Dave
