They lie.
Until someone can tell me EXACTLY how to setup a Sonicwall with any
sort of VoIP connections I will scream and yell about you avoiding
Sonicwall if you want any sort of VoIP stuff to work. I've had nothing
but nightmares dealing with these devices on customers sites. I have
had no issues with any other firewall/NAT devices I've used (Linux,
Linksys, Netgear, Cisco, etc...) -- every strange issue I've ever had
has been with a Sonicwall device.
It seems every time someone complains to me that they can't register
more than 1 or 2 phones, and that calls drop after a few minutes, or
they get one-way audio, or any other nonsense that they tell me they
are running a Sonicwall device. After I stop screaming and using
explicitives I politely tell them they will need to contact Sonicwall
to solve the issue. I have as of yet had one of those customers get
that device to work and they tend to put their VoIP phones somewhere
else on their network with a different device.
If anyone on this list has successfully gotten a Sonicwall to work
reliably with multiple phones behind it, I'm ALL EARS in trying to get
this $&*%ing device to work.

I do not recommend this device. I have had several problems with VoIP
devices. I've had success with Linksys, Netgear, Cisco, Linux
iptables, and various other firewall/NAT products.
