Just to add to Henry's post, when I said 1 minute of airtime will be used was 
in regards to DID services from VoIP providers. The DID provider that I used 
had an *box (or whatever it maybe) themselves which picked up the line with 
first ring no matter what and therefore 1 minute was used. With regular POTs
