I have bought a WRT54G from Staples after work. Everything was up and
running in just 15 minutes including the IAX2.
I will get rid of the D-Link.
I will leave it running for a few days. Hope you will not hear from me
again on the same topic :-)
Will get you a good beer.
Thanks again Bill and Reza.
Richard

I'll second Reza's comments.
We have had no end of problems with customers that have D-Links. We
have had no problems with either the Linksys WRT54G (if the customer
needs wireless) or BEFSR41 (if they don't need wireless). The best part
is that both of these routers support various types of QoS (mainly port
or MAC based).

Richard:
DI-624, DI-714P+ and DVG 1402S in our experience have ALL been
problematic. If you ask me, I'd say, "throw those out the window".
We have several Linksys WRT54G's installed at small offices across GTA.
They have been superb!
Cheers!
Reza.

Its DI-624. I will get Linksys. Which model would you recommend?
Preferably one that can forward IAX2 and SIP to *server without much
configurations..
Thanks,
Richard

What model dLink are you using? We've discarded ALL dlinks from
production platforms and gone exclusively with Linksys and/or Cisco
gear. dLINK has issues with NAT - though it may appear calls are
going ok.
Good luck!
Reza.

Thanks a lot Reza. Will call you around 9:30pm tonight. I will try a
new router before hand. Hope it could fix it...

Hi Reza,
I said it too fast. I mentioned to you that I got the IAX working after
I reset my router to factory default and added my personal setting on
top. Then it started to work for a while. But last night it stopped
working and I did not change anything.
I repeated the same trick I did but it did not work anymore ! I am
already using the latest fireware...
I am still suspecting it could be the router problem and would like to
install a new one to test it tonight.
Would you be available tonight or tommorrow night after 9pm?
Thanks in advance,
Richard
