Hi Zahra,

AsteriskNOW will certainly simplify this process for you. It's a very simple 
installation process, and gives you a web-based GUI for setting up extensions 
and conference rooms. I wouldn't say it's "easy", as you still have to 
understand Asterisk and how your project works with Asterisk, but the GUI 
certainly trivializes quite a few of the more difficult parts (as does the 
wizard-based installer).
