Hi Chris,

Is there any chance that you can post a generic ISO image or something similar
for your install out of WRTSL54GS?
It would save someone like myself tons of time.

Thanks,
Richard

I will write one article/HOWTO focusing on gtalk/asterisk integration,
please wait.

For running Asterisk 1.4 on WRTSL54GS, personally I still recommend OpenWRT
which is more flexible in my eyes. For optware installation, you just follow
the instructions per the URL below:

  Thanks,

  Chris

Getting the latest asterisk 1.4 on Linksys WRTSL54GS is easy (using
dd-wrt, not openwrt). Just follow the links:
    http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Linksys_WRTSL54GS

You can add tons of extra packages using the optware feed:
    http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Optware

From the optware feed use the asterisk14 suite.
The rest is just regular asterisk configuration.

Let me know if you have any issues.
