Hi All, Looking for some thoughts or past experiences here....
I would like to use some Munin scripts (http://rodolphe.quiedeville.org/munin-asterisk.fr.html) to monitor Asterisk 1.2. Now these scripts make use of the Asterisk Manager and are run quite regularly (every 5 minutes or so).
Doing some research on the Manager, it appears that there are potential issues with it and that it has been known to lock up or crash Asterisk - especially if connecting often or from remote machines.
Does anyone have any experience with this? Would you recommend using a manager proxy (Astmanproxy)? Other thoughts?
