Hi guys, Thanks for all of these suggestions. I looked into Iristel and it looks like there is a $8 additional monthly fee if you don't have other phone services. It surprising to see how cheap you can get these numbers for.
I just talked with a Primus rep who says they offer toll free for 4c a minute with no monthly fee or minimum, and will forward to a phone number. So if it works out we will probably go with them.
