I am not aware of ANY Bell solution that is symmetrical, outside of their tarriffed offerings (Megalink, LAN Extension, etc.) All resold service seems to be 800k, with the odd cable offering giving you 1MB uplink, at least as far as I can see. I believe that places such as Packetworks or Group Telecom can get you SDSL or other like offerings for cheaper. May want to check with them.
