If he needs an answer "right now" and "for business reasons", he should do as DBC suggests and talk to the -biz list. If you're in a business critical down situation, don't screw around with a users list. Get a consultant and get yourself fixed.
That being said, that's obviously NOT the case with David's posts. Blocking 967 calls isn't a critical business situation. DBC is quite correct in saying that David has posted four of these types of very basic questions to the list without doing the basic reading behind the subject.
