The calls to your extension now get forwarded to the CID of the initial call. In practice it works like this: I get invited to a very expensive smoked meat dinner in Montreal (this has never happened so far but who knows)but I am expecting the lottery board to call me to say I won several million dollars. So I call my trusted Asterisk system and the call now gets forwarded to the resturant (so everybody will know when they call my name and who is calling). I will be wearing my expensive shades and look very cool while I then say (over the phone) "how many millions did you say ?"
