I am looking for advice on setting up a voip gateway using Asterisk. We are installing a Polycom 600v3 IP Dect( same technology as the Aastra IP Dect) wireless phone system to a Nortel Option 81. There will aprox 24 Base Stations and 80-90 wireless andsets. We are installing a PRI in the Nortel system to connect to the Asterisk Voip gateway. Can I use Free PBX to do this or I am smarter to hire someone to code it from scratch for me. I have looked at some of the gateways available commercially but like the flexibilty that asterisk offers
