Hi guys, I'm having a little issue with call forwarding and Sugar.
I have trixbox up and running, and I'm using SugarCRM for my contacts, when I click on the contact phone number it automatically dials the contact and my polycom phone goes off hook and I'm able to place a call. No problem. When I use *72 to forward my extension to somewhere else, and then use SugarCRM to dial someone from my contacts, all that happens is that my local extension rings continuously. Why would my local extension ring if it is call forwarded somewhere else? Is there any way for Asterisk to know that when I've forwarded my call to another extension to have SugarCRM use the forwarded extension as the origin of the call being made?
