I guess it depends on what you mean by traffic analysis? You did originally say you wanted to check voice quality and wireshark will do that. It has SIP and RTP analysis features so you can capture a stream, select the call you want and then graph the jitter, packet loss, etc. etc. You can even listen to the audio.
