Might help with why you are getting one way audio, but audio quality in
some cases is a very subjective thing, and until they figure out a lot
more about the brain it will probably stay that way.

In the case of echo, generally its the other end causing it. The person
or device that isn't showing signs of echo is the one usually at fault.

Oh and wireshark isn't VoIP specific, it has loads of stuff on all sorts
of protocols etc.
