The closest I've seen to what your looking for is from PolyPower
(http://www.polypower.com.tw/), in their IWC240 device.

1. All-in-one Integrated Access Device (ADSL2+ Router + Access Point
+ VoIP)
2. 2 * FXS for VoIP ( G.711, G.726, G.729a/b)
3. 1 * FXO for PSTN ( lifeline )
4. 802.11g wireless ( 64 and 128-bit WEP, WPA, WPA2 )
5. Hardware VPN ( IPSec, L2TP )
Or you could cook up your own, using a VIA or Jetway mini-ITX board,
2PCI riser, add cards, ram and storage, but your going to be in the
$1,000 mark.

There is more than one model of Soekris! The current (5501-70) has a
500MHz AMD Geode CPU and up to a gig of RAM- do you need more than that
