Interesting.... I wonder what this will do to the Cisco pushers of the
world. I knew Asterisk was ready for call centres, but I wasn't so sure
about 911 applications. Sometimes the money just has to be saved. I
think that articles like this might help our cause more and more as
budgets get squeezed. The blackberry connection is especially interesting.
