Hi Nelson, I can't remember what the fix was. However the cause was that a 
Fonality
server that is used for usage and other info had gone off line. It was fixed by 
removing references
to the IP address or DNS name of the Fonality server.
For this reason alone, I use Elastix rather than Trixbox as this kind of "phone 
home" opens up
security issues.
