[on-asterisk] Asterisk - VM Change Passwd

I notice that the change password feature on Asterisk 1.2.22 does not seem to 
function
even though it *thinks* it all worked. Is this something anyone had delt with 
before?

I am on OpenBSD 4.2 -stable.
