Yes you can have the Aastra phones authenticate to two different
asterisk box on different extensions provided you are using the latest
firmware (1.4.2.3000 for the 480i if I am not mistaking).
For behind firewall, you need to specify the externalip line in your
sip.conf and on your firewall forward the appropriate sip ports to the
asterisk box.
