I've got this odd problem where DTMF on a call that is up is being sent
out of order by asterisk.
i.e.
sip endpoint, rfc2833 -> asterisk -> zaptel -> A200, or TDM400
sip endpoint, sip info -> asterisk -> zaptel -> A200, or TDM400
I hit 1234567890#, and it comes out 123456879#0
I've captured the incoming SIP/RTP traffic and the DTMF is arriving
in-order, but somewhere between there and re-transmission via chan_zap,
data is being handled out of order.
Anyone seen this before?
