Hi,

Thanks, yes I've setup an appointment with Bell to come and check out the
lines, and I think they will be needing to replace one of the lines on our
property they're using to supply us.

FYI, I found out some more higher-grade surge protectors from Nedco (spoke
to Telecom at their Mississauga head office to find it)

$29 for a 1-line unit
or for 6-pair - $102, 25 - pair - $220, but for these ones you need to buy
extra modules for each pair at $5 / piece.
They terminate with 66-tool

I'm suspecting our problems are mostly caused by the lines getting hit with
surges / static electricity.. most of the problems have been happening after
I've suspected these events have occurred.

Thanks for the help!
Steven
