The customer already has a Cisco Aironet infrastructure in place and would like
to go with 802.11 Wifi phones.
I know about DECT and the CT line. DECT is great but would require an other
antena deployement and the CT is just not enough range.

Hi,
Anyone has positive experience to share about Wireless IP phones ?
Any models in particular you recommend ?
We had tried the Zyxel at one point but battery life really suck.
Thanks.
If by Wireless you mean 802.11 WiFi, then I cannot offer any
recommendations, but if you are interested in in DECT wireless IP
phones, then I can recommend both the Snom M3 or the Aastra solution -
all depends on what you are wanting to do.
I would say that the Snom's are OK for a small deployment, whereas the
Aastra's are better for a larger installation.
Another option for wireless, is the Aastra CT line (480iCT, 57iCT) which
comprises of a base station and wireless handset. Once again, all
depends on your needs.
