[on-asterisk] Which Mysql table contains asterisk db?

I'm trying to mass import a whitelist of numbers into the Asterisk 
database.  For the life of me I can find which database table contains 
the entries added from the CLI.  I'm using a trixbox version of 
asterisk.  Does anyone know of a quick and effective way to import a csv 
file?
