I can hardly find any bigger names making IAX2 hardphones anymore. 90% of the links under hardphone with IAX2 returned page not found error. I assume theyare all out of business.

There are only a handful of small manufacturers in China making them including your link below. Risky to try them without references or reviews.

Basically, I am looking for a few cheap and cheerful and reliable IAX2 hardphones. (1 or 2 lines + 1 or 2 RJ45)
Any further suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

They are based on the ar1688 chipset.
