Hi,
Having a sporadic problem. Customer has 3 inbound analog lines via a Sangoma
card. All inbound calls hit a ringgroup than is no answer go to an IVR.
Sometimes when someone in the ringgroup answers, there may be a 20-30 seconds
delay before they get incoming voice. I was there at 5pm last night, on my way
out when it happened. Here is the trace of such an occurrence. Any ideas?
