This is what I use http://www.astassistant.com/ I made a custom php script to link to my crm, Astassistant pops up my php page when a call comes in and pulls the callers info from my crm its a one man project but he is very open to suggestions, not sure if this is what you are looking for but it works well on both windows and linux
I think the new version will do this without a custom script but I am not sure about that.
