I've never tried more than 1 (never had to, but I think it should work) but
perhaps 3 of the Grandstream GXW-4108 FXO gateways would do the trick.
They're not too expensive - especially if this is a short term need - but it
might fill the need.
The nice thing about gateways is that you don't have to open the case on
your server to upgrade or replace, and they just act as SIP devices so no
worry about drivers dependent on particular kernel versions.
