I am not sure if this question would be a familiar one to the group as
telecommunication rules/regulations are much more relaxed on this side of the
world than those of Asia. Anyhow, I wanted to know more about IPLC
(Internationl Private Line Circuit) and how they work and how much they cost. I
would appreciate it if someone can share personal experience as to what are the
estimated cost price of let's say from India to Singapore or to UK or to
Canada, etc..., whether it is possible to obtain service with one stop shopping
for multiple countries, and what are the restrictions and terms associated with
the use of this service. On top of it all, what is IPLC in essence? Is it ISDN
lines or point-point LAN which is then terminated to PSTN?
