Patrick,
I use Didx to get did's in various countries. One issue though, is some
countries require documentation to get the numbers. Documentation
requirements vary but basic is usually passport, local address to
associate the number to and reason for number usage. Now if you
technically don't meet the requirement ( have a local number or passport
for that country ) some providers do not require the docs even thought
the country requires it. So some searching can get you numbers. ( China,
Hong Kong, Germany are like this ).
