I think there was a thread about Bell Optimax and Rogers Portable internet that 
block VOIP (just incise that's what you intend to use it for). I have 
experienced Roger Portable service and there are lots of indoor area where it 
can't penetrate. It should be mounted to a glass Windows facing to open area.
