[on-asterisk] iphone 3g and rogers network blocking voip?

I was wondering if anyone has come across this issue, Im using Siphon on 
the Iphone, and I cannot seem to get it registered, nor am I seeing any 
messages flow through on a traffic dump at the sip server side.

Does anyone know if rogers is blocking this type of traffic over 3g?
