Hello,
When trying "queue add member 332 to 500" and "queue add member 333 to 500" in
CLI, I get the following with command "queue show":
Agent/337 (Unavailable) has taken no calls yet
332 (dynamic) (Invalid) has taken no calls yet
Agent/335 (Unavailable) has taken no calls yet
Agent/334 (Unavailable) has taken no calls yet
Agent/333 (Unavailable) has taken no calls yet
Agent/332 (Unavailable) has taken no calls yet
Agent/331 (Unavailable) has taken no calls yet
333 (dynamic) (Invalid) has taken no calls yet
Agent/341 (Unavailable) has taken no calls yet
Agent/340 (Unavailable) has taken no calls yet
Agent/339 (Unavailable) has taken no calls yet
Agent/338 (Unavailable) has taken no calls yet
Are extensions 332 and 333 now part of the queue or is something wrong there?
Why does it show invalid? I also don`t see it change color to Yellow in FOP.
