Hi Guys, How are the telecommunication services regulated in Russia? Are they something like USA and Canada or much different when it comes to regulations specially in the area of Voice Over IP? I have been looking for DIDs from Moscow, St. Petesburg, etc...and not many people offer it. I am looking for some feedback from experienced people who have dealth with the market there. The need might be for around 50 simulataneous channels. All inbound to terminate to a server online. No outbound to Russian PSTN and only the DID would be from Russian cities. I am also interested in PRI (or BRI if they use it) or vPRI from Russian telcos if that gives more reliability over third party DID providers. Is there such a service offered even? Do they have telco hotels there? or am I just dreaming?
Please send me your feedback if you had any experience with DIDs. quality of calls and their reliability.
