FreePBX Recordings module has a set limit of showing 3000 files to display. 
Hence, if you try to log into an extension to check call monitoring or check 
voicemail, you will get something like, "There are too many files to display" 
(If you have recorded more than 3000 calls already which is my case because 20 
agents get recorded all the time). I was able to find the limit in a .php file 
and change it from 3000 to 3000000. Now, Iam at 40, 000 recorded calls and 
everything seems to be all right. However, I don't know why they have set or 
picked the number 3000. Can someone explain if 300,000 recorded files in a 
directory makes any difference? Are there any limitations to Linux file system 
type Ext3 which would limit the number of files per folder? Would I overload 
the system at any point?
