Hi All,

I'm considering switching 9 workstations from WinXP to Ubuntu. These are customer support stations and they only need 2 applications to run; Firefox and a softphone. Currently we are using eyeBeam (the commercial version of xlite), which is not available for Linux. The functionality that is required is pretty basic. We need to be able to transfer and hold calls, conference multiple lines and be able to have at least 5 lines going on the same softphone. There are a bunch of solutions available but I'm wondering what you guys would recommend?

Thanks in advance!
-Alex
