There is something of Dialup server in Webmin. You have to install the needed 
components to have the Webmin GUI interface to have it setup. I believe it sort 
of makes you like an ISP for Dialup. I thought that in essence ISPs have the 
same number of 56k modems as their maximum number of dialup users online at one 
instance. I don't see why you can't use the modem in this situation or maybe 
dial VoIP to get dialup connection :) hmmm....that would be interesting and 
funny.
