As Mike said, we talked about Untangle which is geared at being very
consumer friendly and has a lot of application layer features like
content filtering and SPAM filtering.

The other one we discussed was m0n0wall which was the progenitor of
pfSense.   m0n0wall has a very small footprint and is aimed mainly at
embedded platforms.  The m0n0wall project can be found at:
