Ok,

Let me answer this question myself. I finally got it working after fiddling
on the E71 and installed their VoiPservice package, which provides
additional NAT setting.

STUN doesn't solve this problem; IAP setting with UDP refreshing (28seconds)
to Registrar acchieved same goal of having a client using 28 seconds
registration expiry timer.

It could be also achieved by defining in Asterisk default expirey/maxexpirey
to 28 seconds or 1-3 minutes to force this E71 to re-register, as long as
E71 hornors this suggested register timer. However, I didn't test this as I
got the IAP working.

So, I have a choice of using native SIP on E71 or using Fring.com.
