By your definition I would say fuzzy.

Has anyone encountered incoming calls being very fuzzy, yet the calling
party can hear you fine? I use an X100P card and Oslec. I've tried
replacing the card but same thing occurs. It happens randomly.
Suggestions on how I can track this down?
