Have many of you given up your desk phone for a soft phone or
cell/WiFi phone, or run into many deployments (other than call
centres) where they have switched?

Is it the reliability and usability of those 12 buttons?

Is it because hard phones have been on our desks so long that it feels
wrong without them? I almost want something like this with a charging
cradle:

Maybe something like these, but with SIP support:
