Good thing you brought up tethering. I have a question regarding that too. How 
does a carrier know if someone is tethering? is it the Http headers? 
I know that if you use the Mobile Browsing plan to tether you get charged big 
time. But do Fido, Rogers, Telus, etc...allow for tethering if you have a Data 
Plan? (e.g. the 512MB, or 1GB plan)
