I have been experimenting with DEVSTATE on the aastra phones and had a
couple of questions:
1) When using ring groups and setting the top softkeys - BLF on the
57i for extensions, all lights blink during an incoming call. Is
there a way to tell it to ignore the ringing state. The problem is
that you have no idea if someone is on the phone or not. So multiple
people try to pick up the call. Or people ignore the call and think
someone else should answer the call.
2) Is there other solutions out there for people to use that will
show the state of extensions. It has to be on the phone though.
