The only think I would add is the importance of redirecting or blocking
all traffic to the 213.137.64.0/19 network. If the phone cannot
communicate with your proxy.joip.com it will then try another domain,
then finally an individual IP address. All within that subnet. If it
gets through on any of them it will connect to the joip server instead
of yours. Mine now has the voice mail indicator flashing as a result and
I haven't figured out how to turn it off yet.
