Hi Guys:
I need to ask this because you guys know and we should have asked this
before. In a PRI configuration, which end normally runs Master Clock?
If this is misconfigured, would this be the cause of occasional
distortion of the voice channels? It would be good to resolve this
problem now that the switch is moved to a quality controlled site.
