Hi Carl, For Outgoing Calls the following third party module will help you to solve the route permission problem. Here is the module information
FreePBX Third party Module Name: *Outbound Route Permissions* Description:* Allows you to block access to various routes, on a per-extension basis.* Url: http://www.freepbx.org/support/documentation/module-documentation/third-party-unsupported-modules/outbound-route-permission I am right now using several places without any problem.It is working quite nicely. But I never use TrixBox. I think TrixBox use the FreePBX as GUI. May be I am wrong.
